Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bayside platform, including the marketing website, the Bayside Administration Portal, and the HOA / Property Management User Portal (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is intended for homeowner associations and property management companies (“Clients”) and their authorized users.
Accounts and access
Accounts are provisioned by Bayside or its Clients; there is no open self-registration. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity under their account. A Client may have multiple authorized users, each with their own login. You agree to notify Bayside promptly of any unauthorized use. Bayside may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only to submit and manage legitimate permit requests and property concerns for the communities you are authorized to represent, and to provide accurate information. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other Clients, uploading malicious files, interfering with the platform's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Uploaded attachments must comply with the platform's file-type and size limits.
Submissions and processing
Bayside reviews and processes submissions in accordance with its operational procedures and the service agreement with each Client. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome; permit decisions (such as approval, denial, or a request for additional information) are made by Bayside staff and communicated through the Service. Applicants may edit their own permit submission via a secure link only while it remains editable.
Fees
Fees for the Service are set by Bayside and are described on the Pricing page and in the signed service agreement between Bayside and the Client. Bayside may update its published rate; changes apply on a going-forward basis as provided in the applicable agreement.
Service availability
Bayside strives to keep the Service available and reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Bayside is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The governing service agreement between Bayside and the Client controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
Bayside may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
